This is one of the most popular tubes used in areas you would want removable.
One thing that make these better is using a larger bolt, that is the weak link so why would you want to rely on a 1/4" bolt? These use a 5/16" bolt.
These are made of 1045 Billet, not chromoly, the bulk of these completely negates the need for chromoly.
